Welcome to RUSSO BETAK. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.russobetak.com and any purchases made through it. By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. These Terms apply to both Dutch and international customers.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

2.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RUSSO BETAK offers furniture and products produced through 3D printing biomaterials. Each product is unique, reflecting the natural variability of the biomaterials used. While we strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, variations in texture, color, and finish may occur. These differences are inherent to the process of 3D printing biomaterials and are not considered defects.

2.2 NORMAL USE

Our 3D printed products are designed for normal indoor use under standard living conditions. "Normal use" is defined as:

Indoor use at temperatures between 15-25°C (59-77°F)
Relative humidity between 40-60%
Regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth only
Usage within the stated weight limits (where applicable)
Placement on level, stable surfaces

The following conditions and uses are explicitly NOT considered normal use:

Exposure to direct sunlight or UV light for extended periods
Exposure to temperatures above 30°C (86°F) or below 5°C (41°F)
Exposure to extreme humidity (above 70% or below 30%)
Placement near heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces, or heating vents
Outdoor use or exposure to weather conditions
Use of chemical cleaning products or water-based cleaning solutions
Excessive weight or pressure beyond stated specifications
Modifications to the original product

2.3 PRODUCT CARE

Due to the composition of biomaterials, our products may be sensitive to environmental factors like humidity and temperature. We recommend keeping items away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their appearance and durability. We recommend the following care instructions:

Keep items away from direct sunlight and moisture
Avoid placing items in areas with significant temperature fluctuations
Do not stack heavy items on top of the products
Handle with clean, dry hands to prevent material degradation
Store items in a climate-controlled environment when not in use

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in:

Color changes or fading
Material warping or deformation
Structural weakening
Surface texture changes
Reduced product lifespan

Such damage resulting from improper use or care is not covered under warranty.

2.4 PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products come with a standard statutory warranty covering defects that existed at the time of delivery. Additional warranty terms may apply to specific products, and details are provided with each product.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and design rights related to our products, website content, and 3D printing designs remain the exclusive property of RUSSO BETAK or its licensors. This includes:

Product designs and specifications
3D printing files and technical documentation
Website content and images
Marketing materials and product descriptions

3.2 PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You may not, without our express written permission:

Copy or reproduce our designs
Create derivative works based on our products
Reverse engineer our products
Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes
Share or distribute our design files

4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

4.1 VAT

Prices displayed include VAT. VAT treatment varies based on customer type and location:

Private customers (B2C) within the EU:
Dutch customers: 21% VAT
EU customers: Local VAT rate applies via One-Stop-Shop (OSS) system

Business customers (B2B) within EU:
0% VAT applies when a valid EU VAT number is provided and verified
Reverse charge mechanism applies
Customers are responsible for VAT accounting in their country

Customers outside the EU:
0% VAT applies
Customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes. Additional costs may apply

Our VAT registration number NL004361506B91 is used for all international transactions.

4.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the items, prices, and shipping information. This confirmation signifies our acceptance of your order.

4.3 CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

Orders can be canceled before dispatch with a full refund. Contact us at hello@russobetak.com for any cancellation requests.

4.4 PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, with estimated arrival provided during checkout.

5.2 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. These costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.

5.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred at customs.

5.4 DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@russobetak.com with a clear statement of your decision. Note that customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

6.2 CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value from the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond wha
