SNEGL is the table lamp of our ARK collection.

Formed from a flat print and hand-rolled into a curved shape, it explores how a two-dimensional surface becomes volumetric. Its layered translucency creates a quiet rhythm, defined by the spacing between each layer.

The natural pigmentation of our lamps comes from the seashells themselves. Seashells are collected from restaurants, crushed, and mixed with a biopolymer for 3D printing. Each material creates a distinct color variation and light quality.  

Scallop is the lightest tone, creating a soft, clean light with an off-white hue and the gentlest warm light.

The curved layering of SNEGL softens and disperses light, producing a warm, ambient atmosphere with a subtle sense of depth. The result is a calm presence that gently fills the space.

Light source

LED bulbs only. The material requires low-heat lighting. Includes a warm white LED bulb: 7W, 806 lumens, 2700K color temperature.

You can switch to a dimmable bulb to adjust the brightness and move between softer and brighter light as needed.

Body

The lamp’s body is 3D-printed with a blend of biopolymer and reclaimed mussel, oyster, or scallop shells making it biodegradable in industrial composting. We don't use chemical additives that inhibit compostability.

Electrical components

The lamp holder, cable, switch, and plug are manufactured using other materials to meet the highest safety standards. The electrical components can be recycled according to local e-waste regulations.
